Tracy joined AVCA in March 2012. She has a Bachelor of Commerce and was a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) for twenty five years.  Tracy performs the accounting function for the business of AVCA.

Tracy is married to Tony and together they have three beautiful girls. She is passionate about her family, gardening and disability care.

Rosemari began her career with AVCA in 1992 as a junior with the administration team. In 1995 she pursued a career with the Greater Building Society and after starting a family, she returned to AVCA in 2002 & re-join the administration team.

Rosemari  is always ready to help you with your queries and look after your needs.

Away from the office Rosemari enjoys spending time with her partner, two daughters & friends.

Anthony joined AV Chartered Accountants in 2021.

He is a graduate of the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Commerce.

Currently studying to obtain membership of the Institute of Chartered  Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ).

Ali has been with AVCA since late 2020 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Newcastle.

 Ali likes to spend time with animals, enjoys an afternoon bike ride and a game of tennis.

Cameron moved to Newcastle at the start of 2022. He is a Chartered Accountant and is also Xero certified.

Cameron brings 5 years of experience in the private sector. Growing up in a country town, he has a particular interest in primary production accounting.

Cameron is thoroughly enjoying the AV culture, and is making the most of what Newcastle has to offer.

Paul joined AVCA in early 2022 after graduating the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Commerce.

In his spare time, he enjoys participating in local cricket and football teams, as well as being a member of the local football refereeing community and representing the local refereeing area on local and state committees.

Georgia became part of the AVCA team in 2022 as our lovely Receptionist based at our Waratah office.

Georgia is the bubbly voice you will hear on the phone when you call the Waratah office and is the friendly face you will see as you enter.

Georgia spends her spare time with her 4 German Shepheard fur babies.

Jenny Davis, our Practice Manager, has over 20 years expertise in public practice and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Formerly a Senior Accountant, Jenny specialised in management reporting, taxation and business structuring. As our Xero specialist she provides invaluable guidance to clients and staff. 

In her new role as Practice Manager, Jenny brings her strategic vision and commitment to excellence to ensure the seamless operation of our firm.  A dedicated leader, she fosters a collaborative environment, driving our team to deliver exceptional service to clients. 

When Jenny isn't in the office, you'll find her indulging in hobbies that are surprisingly accountant-like. With a special affection for Excel formulas and VBA, she loves playing around with spreadsheets. Her new discovery and latest hobby involves decoding the mysteries of web languages and creating code - because even in leisure, Jenny keeps things perfectly balanced.
